Six months on and Amos, although still working at the bakery, has swapped his family’s cramped apartment for Noa’s luxurious house. During a lavish surprise party, thrown by Noa for Amos’s birthday, Noa has yet another revelation in store, but their celebrations are cut short by the unexpected, and distinctly unwelcome, arrival of Noa’s father, hotel tycoon Gideon Hollander.
