After a tortuous withdrawl, Christiane and Benno get clean. But when they meet the gang to convince them to do the same, they do one last hit. A magical night at Axel’s flat ensues. In the morning, they discover an earth-shattering tragedy, leaving them utterly distraught. Stella is arrested, and Christiane and Benno decide to leave Berlin, but she finds herself deserted and alone at the station.
