Three months after being involved in an incident, Nick Berrof resumes service. Commander Gendron decided to have him patrolled with Benoît Chartier, who has just been hired after 15 years working in the region. Nick is intractable with his new partner. Ben finds himself in an awkward position when Gendron explains to him the real reasons he has paired him with Nick Berrof.
