During an arrest, a suspected man is shot and killed by a recruiter before the police are questioning him. The seamstress locks the case and pushes Thomas and Mia out on the sidelines, but Mia gets hold of completely new information that turns the case on her head. There is a connection between Thomas’s family, an old plane crash and the girl who died.
